
Caulene graduated from University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) with a Bachelor's in Political Science. At UCCS, Caulene was a member of the Bastiat's Honor Society, where she engaged in additional research and course work at the Center of the Study of Government and the Individual (CSGI). She was awarded the Feld Memorial Scholarship for founding Free2Disagree, a 5014(c)(4) political organization focused on fostering meaningful conversation across political ideologies. She is a U.S. Army veteran of the Military Police Corps who deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom (13-14) to Kandahar, Afghanistan.
In her spare time, Caulene volunteers as the President of the Oklahoma Chapter of Stand With Crypto, educating legislators and business leaders about Bitcoin and crypto, helping to shape policy decision-making at the Oklahoma Capital. She routinely appears on podcasts across the crypto space in support of her volunteer efforts. She is a devout Christian who often studies Christian apologetics and hamartiology and an avid reader of philosophy and psychology related to the genealogy of morals in humans and animals. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog. You can often find her enjoying the outdoors flying her drone, hiking with her dog, or attending community events.
